At Sunny Skye Recovery, we believe in you and your loved one.  We know that recovery is possible with hard work, self-forgiveness, and support.  As recovering addicts, we know that our past can sometimes feel as if it defines us, but with support and courage to take one step at a time, we do recover.

Located in beautiful Asheville, NC, Sunny Skye Recovery offers a home-like environment for women ages 18 and older who have successfully completed detox and/or treatment for substance use and who have a genuine desire to continue living in a supportive recovery community.

Our residents will learn to develop and participate in their new sober lifestyle and grow in the strength of full acceptance and surrender. 

Our residents will learn to increase their personal skills in honesty, accountability, successful employment, social connections, personal and financial obligations, self-care and empowerment, and weekly goal-setting.

At Sunny Skye Recovery, we have a combined 14 years of experience with recovering addicts.  We know that structure and accountability are important skills in early recovery.  Our home requires that every resident attend 12-step meetings, get a sponsor, and either find employment, attend school, volunteer, or attend IOP for at least 30 hours per week.  Residents will be required to submit to random ethical drug and alcohol screenings at least three times per week. (Your insurance will not be charged for these services!)

We offer substance abuse education through peer support, as well as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and a Social Worker specializing in substance abuse and recovery.  We encourage our residents to find a network of like-minded women in recovery.
